A nice graphic t-shirt is a staple wardrobe! Whether you're searching for a catchy slogan, a paraphernalia band, or a beautiful photo on your tee (beach, cactus, etc.), the style choices seem limitless!
I've loved adding new (and gently-used) tees to my range over the past couple of years. I can find them online, in local shops, in thrift shops and markets. When traveling, I do enjoy picking up a t-shirt. Although graphic tees are traditionally considered casual attire (i.e. not appropriate for office use), I'm asking you to dress up your favorite tee: put it in your skirt or wear it under your blazer— you promise to look polished and chic!
A jacket + denim is one of my favorite ways to style a graphic t-shirt. Bomber jackets are my favorite jacket— a funny bomber jacket printed? Better yet! Third to the coats of the bombers? My coat in leather. The combination of t-shirt and leather coat changes the style— goodbye casual and hi edgy.
Collecting "quote shirts" is my dream. A coffee nod, chips, or ice cream? Sure, yes, please! The liberation of women? Even yet! Next to my list of wishes? A tee relating to the importance of naps!
I lived in colorful t-shirts during college and my early post-graduate days. (Tee + sweatshirt + torn jeans was my uniform.) I washed a lot of my casual attire as I joined the corporate workplace — tees and sweatshirts were worn out. Nevertheless, I enjoyed reconstructing my collection and pushing myself in an unexpected way to style casual pieces.
My girlfriendly gang top, worn in today's pictures, is from a boho chic boutique in the luxury outlets of the seattle. It's slightly cropped, making it a perfect fit for high-waist jeans. On a recent thrift excursion, I picked up this tropical bomber jacket and I love how light it is. I can easily throw it over a summer dress, so I may or may not have worn it to the office with dress pants. #Occasionalchic
